My journey

My name is Maria Nguyen-Nhu, a German sound healer with Vietnamese roots. 
Since childhood, music has been both my refuge and my strength. 
I studied classical piano in Germany and Spain, but it was the first encounter with Tibetan bowls that awakened something deeper in me. 
From that moment, my path shifted — from performance … to the space of silence.

Il mio percorso

Mi chiamo Maria Nguyen-Nhu, sono una sound healer tedesca con radici vietnamite.  
Fin da bambina la musica è stata il mio rifugio e la mia forza.  
Ho studiato pianoforte classico in Germania e Spagna, ma solo quando ho incontrato il suono delle campane tibetane, ho sentito qualcosa vibrare dentro di me in modo diverso.  
Da quel momento, il mio percorso si è trasformato: dal palco … allo spazio del silenzio.

My approach

I offer sound healing experiences that promote deep relaxation, inner balance, and mental clarity.
With Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and harmonic instruments, I guide participants into a calm and meditative state — supporting the release of tension and a return to presence.

Rooted in my background as a classical musician, my work combines sensitivity, structure, and deep listening.
Sessions are offered for individuals and small groups — in Milan and Berlin, in wellness spaces, private settings, and for corporate events.

Il mio approccio

Propongo esperienze di suonoterapia pensate per favorire il rilassamento profondo, l’equilibrio interiore e la chiarezza mentale.
Attraverso campane tibetane, gong e strumenti armonici, accompagno le persone in uno stato di calma e ascolto profondo, aiutando a sciogliere le tensioni.

Con una base nella musica classica, unisco sensibilità e presenza per creare spazi trasformativi.
Le sessioni si rivolgono a singoli e piccoli gruppi — a Milano, in spazi wellness, contesti privati e eventi aziendali.

My vision

Based between Milan and Berlin, I create sound healing experiences that open spaces of calm, clarity, and reconnection.
Leading a Sound Bath at the Milan Longevity Summit 2024 showed me how strongly sound can restore balance and inspire renewal.
I see sound as a gentle yet powerful way to awaken the inner wisdom that already exists within each of us.

La mia visione

Tra Milano e Berlino creo esperienze di sound healing, che aprono spazi di calma, chiarezza e riconnessione.
Guidare un Bagno Sonoro al Milan Longevity Summit 2024 mi ha confermato la forza del suono nel ristabilire equilibrio e rigenerazione.
Credo che il suono sia una via delicata ma potente per risvegliare la saggezza interiore che ognuno porta già dentro di sé.
